Blooming Jasmine Flower Green Tea
The benefits of consuming green tea has long been
praised by the Chinese. For generations, they have drunk green tea, and often
created whole rituals around it.
Blooming Jasmine Flower Green Tea is this same green tea,
infused with the pleasant flavour and odour of the Jasmine flower. Blooming
Jasmine Flower Green Tea has a beautiful Jasmine flower inside which opens up
into a delightful display of colour and texture. The Jasmine flower rises up
from the green tea, filling the vessel or tea pot.
How to serve Blooming Jasmine Flower Green Tea
Place a single Flower Green Tea ball into a large tea pot
or other vessel. Ideally, you want a tea pot made from glass so that you can see
the delightful display of the Blooming Jasmine Flower as it unfolds.
Boil the kettle, but then wait a short while for the water to cool
slightly before pouring onto the Blooming Jasmine Flower Green Tea ball. If the
water is too hot, it can "burn" the tea and kill off the goodness and flavour.
Fill the tea pot with water, and sit back.
The tea will take
around 5 minutes before its ready to drink.
First you will notice the Blooming Jasmine Flower Green Tea ball
floating around, even rising to the top. Don't worry, the tea ball has some air
inside and will sink again as the water penetrates the tea.
The Blooming Jasmine Flower Green Tea ball will sink to
the bottom and begin to unfold. The tea is wrapped in such a way that it should
always land the right way up. If your Blooming Jasmine Flower Green Tea begins
to unfold upside down, just use a large spoon to turn it over.
You will notice that the water has begun to darken as the
Flower Green Tea ball unfolds. The Jasmine Flower will then spring out
of the tea and open in full bloom before your eyes.
After a couple of minuets, you may want to give the water a gentle
stir to mix the tea in evenly. It is inevitable that a few strands of tea will
come away and float to the top, but I assure you they will not do you any harm.
Drinking Your Blooming Jasmine Flower Green Tea
After about 3 minutes of adding the water to the
Blooming Jasmine
Flower ball, it will be ready to serve. Unlike in the West where we
add sugar and milk, Blooming Jasmine Flower Green Tea is meant to be drunk as it
is. Even if you are used to drinking your tea with milk and sugar, try it first
without.
