Blooming Jasmine Flower Green Tea
The benefits of consuming green tea has long been
praised by the Chinese. For generations, they have drunk green tea, and often
created whole rituals around it.

How to serve Blooming Jasmine Flower Green Tea

or other vessel. Ideally, you want a tea pot made from glass so that you can see

Boil the kettle, but then wait a short while for the water to cool

water is too hot, it can "burn" the tea and kill off the goodness and flavour.
Fill the tea pot with water, and sit back.
The tea will take
around 5 minutes before its ready to drink.

inside and will sink again as the water penetrates the tea.

After about 3 minutes of adding the water to the

without.
